Acting as a true link between users and technical teams, you will participate in the improvement of processes, the validation of the solutions implemented, and the support of employees in their use of the new tools. Your missions: Collect and analyze user needs. Participate in workshops and process definition. Contribute to the testing and validation phases of the solution. Identify and report anomalies or points for improvement. Support users during deployment. Prepare and lead training sessions. Ensure local support and facilitate the adoption of new tools. Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain processes. Your profile: Higher education in logistics, supply chain, engineering or equivalent. Good knowledge of logistics processes and management flows. Experience working with an ERP, ideally SAP. Proficiency with office tools and ease with information systems. Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, both business and technical. Do you like understanding processes, solving operational problems and supporting users through change?
