Caregiver in training 1st year of apprenticeship from 1 August 2027 You want to offer, help shape, and thereby accompany the child a piece of their life path in a protected framework by providing pedagogically valuable family and school-supplementary care? The Kita Chinderstern Schinznach-Bad offers children from the age of three months until they enter kindergarten a pedagogically optimal family-supplementary care option. It belongs to the kidéal Gruppe, which offers a holistic service catalog in the field of childcare and operates over 25 of its own businesses in the regions of Zürich, Aargau and Basel. In the function of the caregiver in training, you will support the trained specialists in the daily work with the children, will be guided in everyday life in regular meetings and thus optimally prepared for the final examination and professional life. Your tasks

Co-shaping of everyday life and regular planning of activities and excursions with the children
Expansion/ construction of your own specialist knowledge, goal-oriented time and self-management and your own ability to reflect
Cooperation while complying with pedagogical norms and values
Support in complying with safety, health and hygiene guidelines

Your qualifications

You have completed secondary school and are interested in the training Fachfrau/ Fachmann Betreuung Kinder or adult education according to Art. 32
You are currently in training FaBe K or an equivalent training and are looking for a new apprenticeship company
Motivation and teamwork skills
Very good German skills
Flexibility, punctuality and reliability
