To further strengthen our quality organization, we are looking for a Head of Quality (m/f/d), 100% workload. In this strategic leadership position, you will take overall responsibility for quality management and food safety. In doing so, you will contribute significantly to ensuring the highest quality standards in an international environment. Your tasks Quality strategy & Leadership Technical advice to the management in all quality-relevant matters and development of the quality strategy as well as the optimization of quality-relevant processes and interfaces. Promotion of a sustainable quality culture within the organization. Quality management & Compliance Responsibility for compliance with all relevant quality and regulatory requirements for authorities and external organizations in the quality assurance of product developments, projects and market entries into new export markets through corrective and preventive measures. Audit and certification management Overall responsibility for internal and external audits and the further development of ISO 22000, Bio, Halal and other certifications and successful audit preparation and conduct. Team leadership & continuous improvement Leadership and development of the quality team in the HACCP team as well as in the management of crisis situations with corresponding decision-making responsibility. Promotion of continuous improvement measures and operational excellence. Your profile Completed studies in food sciences, food technology, nutritional sciences, biology, chemistry or a comparable field. 8 to 10 years of professional experience in quality management, food safety or the regulatory affairs environment. Years of leadership experience in the management and development of teams. Knowledge of quality management systems, HACCP and experience in audit management and handling certification systems such as ISO 22000, Bio and a good understanding of European and Swiss regulations.
