Your Tasks

• You take responsibility for the financial accounting and, together with an external fiduciary, prepare the quarterly and annual financial statements as well as the VAT and social security settlements
• Together with the management, you create meaningful reports, analyze financial key figures, support budget and forecast processes, and make an important contribution to sound business decisions
• You actively participate in projects, building management reporting, various tool extensions
• Situationally, you support the administration team with accounts receivable invoicing, payroll accounting, as well as HR mutations

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Sound further education in finance and accounting or controlling
• A high affinity for IT, interest in digitalization, process optimization, and modern technologies
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured, precise, and reliable way of working
• Experience with Abacus is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Trustworthy, flexible, resilient, and team-oriented personality, hands-on mentality
• Enjoyment of working in a team as well as a versatile area of work
