The Spitex Ausbildungsverbund Innerschwyz is a cooperative association of five Spitex organizations for training in nursing.

With us, you will get to know nursing in a versatile way, namely in the middle of everyday life: you are on the go, see different life situations and quickly realize how much you can achieve with small actions.

What awaits you

In your 2 - 3 year study, you will learn step by step everything you need as an HF - accompanied by experienced vocational trainers and teams who take you and your needs seriously.

With us you will learn:

• Professionally supporting and accompanying people in everyday life
• Systematically recording changes in clients, assessing the situation professionally and initiating appropriate nursing measures in a targeted manner
• Implementation of medical-technical measures according to quality standards
• Professional communication with clients, relatives and interprofessional partners, as well as counseling in everyday nursing care
• Taking on daily responsibility and case management (measured by the level of training)
• Documenting and working according to clear quality standards
