What you can achieve ### In this versatile role, you accompany and care for our residents with professional competence, heart, and respect. You take on medical-nursing tasks and implement the nursing agreement professionally. Together with the team, you shape a varied and lively everyday residential and leisure life. Your tasks - versatile and meaningful ### • Care, accompaniment, and medical-nursing care of the residents in everyday life • Professional support in the implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures • Participation in personal hygiene as well as implementation of the nursing agreements • Collaboration in departments and co-shaping of team and residential area topics • If interested, possibility to supervise and train apprentices in the profession of Healthcare Specialist • Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialists • Participation in team meetings, specialist discussions, and further training What you bring with you ### • Completion as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ or a comparable training • Further training as a Berufsbildner*in is an advantage or the willingness to complete the course • Joy in the direct accompaniment of people with physical and multiple disabilities • Resource-oriented, reflective, and reliable way of working • Teamwork skills, resilience, flexibility, creativity, as well as humor • Experience in the accompaniment of people with physical and multiple disabilities is an advantage What you can look forward to ### • Meaningful and versatile field of activity with many design possibilities • No split shifts and a well-structured work schedule • Seven weeks of vacation (with advance time) • Further education and training opportunities • Social working environment with people at the center
