Your task ## • Independent handling of national and international export orders from delivery to invoicing • Creation and verification of all relevant export and shipping documents (delivery notes, invoices, packing lists) • Clarification of logistical issues, monitoring of transports and deadline management • Maintenance and optimization of process and master data in the ERP system as well as creation of evaluations • Correspondence with subsidiaries and freight forwarders: by phone & in writing • Close collaboration with the logistics departments up to goods provision • Support in the introduction of new processes ## What we are looking for ## • Commercial basic training or similar training • Solid MS-Office skills • SAP skills • English spoken and written • Independent and precise way of working • Service-oriented, flexible and proactive personality • Very good communication skills (verbal and written) What we offer ## • Innovative high-tech company • Varied and independent work • Wide range of training and further education opportunities • Respectful and appreciative corporate culture • Diverse employee benefits Have we convinced you?
