Your tasks ## At the reception, you are the first point of contact for our residents and visitors and operate the telephone switchboard. In client services, you ensure that all data is always recorded correctly and completely from admission to discharge. You conduct demanding conversations with residents and their accompanying persons. Furthermore, you will develop sound competencies in the specialist areas of HR and finance. You will learn the basic craft in marketing and communication, manage our channels on social media, and create podcasts and short films. Additionally, you will organize great events for our residents and the apprentices of the Stiftung Lebensart together with the other apprentices and assist with exhibitions.
