Technical Planning and Coordination Manager M/F/X

• Higher technical training in mechanical engineering, production engineering or industrial engineering, microtechnology, precision engineering or a related field. Swiss qualifications such as Ingénieur HES/FH, Technicien ET/HF, or any equivalent qualification in the same field, are required. * Significant experience in precision manufacturing, production planning, industrialization or manufacturing engineering. * Very good mastery of the manufacturing of small high-precision components: technical drawings, tolerances, tooling and process-related requirements. * Experience in the preparation or validation of manufacturing processes and technical production documentation. * Knowledge of production planning based on an ERP system and technical reference data. * Proven experience in coordinating engineering or production activities across multiple manufacturing sites.

Experience in the manufacturing of watchmaking components constitutes an important asset, particularly in the following areas:
Precision cutting and stamping.
Tooling and dies.
Assembly.
Swiss watchmaking quality standards. + Translate customer technical drawings, specifications and quality requirements into feasible manufacturing plans. + Define manufacturing processes, operating sequences, materials, tooling and setups for new and recurring orders. + Prepare and validate technical drawings, process documentation and technical data in the ERP. + Coordinate production capacities, materials and tooling, while anticipating technical difficulties and potential bottlenecks within deadlines. + Coordinate engineering support as well as the procurement of specialized tooling and components with the group's Asian sites. + Ensure that technical requirements are communicated clearly and consistently between the different sites. + Monitor quality, deadlines and technical problems related to international tooling and components. + Participate in the transfer and adaptation of manufacturing knowledge as well as best practices between the different group sites. jpid65ec079jm jpit0940jm jpiy26jm
