Head of Finance & Controlling 100% (m/f/d)

As Head of Finance & Controlling, you will take over the overall responsibility for operational financial management, accounting, and controlling of all companies in the group. You will lead your team technically and personally and be a sparring partner for the management in all financial matters. The role consciously goes beyond mere operational processing: We are looking for someone who acts in an advisory capacity, sets guidelines, finds pragmatic solutions, and constructively questions existing processes. Then don't wait any longer and become part of our team as: Head of Finance & Controlling 100% (m/f/d) Your tasks: Financial accounting & annual financial statements: You will be responsible for the accounting of all companies, prepare individual and consolidated financial statements according to OR, and control the audit process Liquidity & holding structure: You will monitor and control liquidity across the entire holding structure, including liquidity planning and intercompany charges and foreign currency management (in particular EUR) Real estate & banks: You will be a sparring partner in real estate finance matters (mortgages, debt-to-equity ratio) and conduct discussions with banks in cooperation with the management Taxes: You will control and coordinate tax matters (VAT, direct taxes) in cooperation with external specialists Budgeting & controlling: You will be responsible for preparing meaningful key figures for the management cockpit and support the department heads in budget creation Leadership: You will take over the technical and personal leadership of your team of 6 people.
