REAL ESTATE BROKER – SION / VALAIS

--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: REAL ESTATE BROKER -- SION / VALAIS --- REAL ESTATE BROKER -- SION / VALAIS ============================================== After having developed its network in several regions of French-speaking Switzerland, Maillard Immobilier is preparing its establishment in Sion. For this new step, we are looking for more than a broker: we are looking for a local personality who wants to participate in the launch and development of our activity in Valais. Everything is to be built: a network, a portfolio of mandates, a local presence and, progressively, a Maillard agency solidly established in its market. You will not, however, be starting from scratch. You will benefit from the experience, the brand, the tools, the marketing and the network of a French-speaking real estate group that has already carried out several regional openings in recent years. Your challenge Become one of the faces of Maillard Immobilier in Valais. Develop the local network, prospect, obtain the first mandates, accompany sellers and buyers and participate actively in the construction of our establishment in Sion. Your profile You know Sion and the Valais market intimately. Ideally, you have an already established personal and professional network there. You are commercial, autonomous and enterprising. You like opening doors more than following already traced paths. You have successful experience in real estate brokerage or a sufficiently solid commercial background to demonstrate your ability to develop a clientele and a network. Why Maillard Immobilier? Because this position brings together two worlds rarely associated: the adventure of a creation and the means of an existing structure. You will have the necessary space to develop a market while benefiting from the support of a group, its teams and its tools. Our next agency does not exist yet. Perhaps because we have not yet met the person with whom to open it. Maillard Immobilier SA * Maillard Immobilier SA Rue de la Gare 9 1820 Montreux * [ ](< >) jpidefd8e2ajm jpit1042jm jpiy26jm
