What you can achieve. • Together with your team, you ensure professional ticket inspections and make an important contribution to securing revenue.  • From Monday to Sunday, you are deployed on our varied regional lines.  • You advise our passengers competently and politely on tariff and timetable questions and create positive experiences for our customers.  • Additionally, you take on special tasks such as structure surveys or fraud prevention. What you bring. • You have completed basic training and have a category B driver's license.   • Thanks to your solution-oriented nature, you can argue skillfully and remain calm and composed even in hectic situations.   • You enjoy daily customer contact and enjoy the variety that irregular working hours (including Sundays and holidays) bring.   • Your very good German language skills, good English language skills in word and writing, and a skilled handling of digital devices round out your profile.
