Senior ICT System Engineer Your mission The Suva-Kliniken Bellikon and Sion accompany people after an accident or illness on their way back to everyday life, profession and independence. Our ICT creates the technical prerequisites so that employees in medicine, nursing, therapy and administration can perform their work reliably and efficiently. As a Senior ICT System Engineer, you take on a central role in the further development of our ICT infrastructure. Together with your colleagues in Bellikon and Sion, you ensure that our Microsoft platforms, hybrid infrastructures and modern workplace solutions are operated securely, stably and in a future-oriented manner. With your work, you contribute to ensuring that our employees can accompany their patients in the best possible way every day. Tasks You are responsible for the operation as well as the further development of our Microsoft platforms with a focus on Microsoft 365, Exchange, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Active Directory, VDI and Windows Server You contribute your experience to the further development and standardization of our hybrid ICT landscape You work on infrastructure projects and accompany the introduction of new technologies You are part of our cross-location infrastructure team and work closely with the applications, support teams as well as external partners You support 2nd- and 3rd-level support and participate in the on-call service Profile Completed training or studies in computer science (HF/FH) or a comparable qualification Several years of experience as an ICT System Engineer with a focus on Microsoft infrastructure Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server and VDI Experience in the operation and further development of hybrid Microsoft platforms An independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working as well as enjoyment of working in a team Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage You do not have to master every technology in detail. What is decisive are your sound Microsoft experiences, your understanding of hybrid platforms as well as your ability to further develop complex ICT environments.
