We are looking for one of our Fribourg-based clients for a permanent in-house position for an

IT Project Manager FR-EN

to join a large IT department of more than 200 collaborators.

You will be in charge of the digitalization of an entire service, with the management of several projects in parallel.

You will have the responsibility to guarantee that projects reach their objectives, respecting deadlines and budgets, and you will have different profiles in your project teams: collaborators from various business departments, solution architects, developers, and external partners.

Profile sought

• Higher education in IT (university, HES, foreign equivalent)
• Training in project management (Hermes, Agile) or demonstrated expertise
• More than 10 years of experience as a large-scale project manager oriented towards IT applications
• Experience in the public administration sector is a strong asset
• Experience in the parallel management of several projects
• Personality: unifying, good negotiator, analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent mastery of French, technical English
• Swiss nationality, valid work permit or European Union citizen
