The Stiftung Brüttelenbad offers supported living and working spaces for around 60 people with cognitive and multiple impairments. 100 professionals take care of their well-being with the goal of enabling them to experience joy of life and security within the community. Do you love interacting with people and want to contribute to the quality of life of the clients of Brüttelenbad? To strengthen our team in the Wohngruppe Grün, we are looking for a Healthcare Professional or Care Worker 70-90% as of 01.11.2026 or by arrangement What you do: ### • Care for clients in everyday life in the residential group with pedagogical, nursing, and administrative tasks • Maintaining and promoting the independence of the clients • Readiness for active teamwork • Planning and accompanying leisure activities • Key person work • Domestic tasks What you bring: ### • Completed training as Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ or Fachfrau/-mann Betreuung EFZ • Keeping a cool head in hectic situations • High social competence as well as strong communication and organizational skills • Flexible, resilient and humorous personality with enjoyment in working independently • Enjoyment of active thinking within the team • Readiness for irregular working hours as well as taking on day and night shifts is desired • Category B driver's license and confident use of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) What we offer you: ### • Varied work in a committed team and thorough induction • Attractive employment conditions in accordance with cantonal guidelines • 5 weeks of vacation • No split shifts • Free parking and public transport connection • Internal and external further training • The company social counseling Proitera supports employees with free professional advice and support in all life situations In the new residential building in the Wohngruppe Grün, 8 clients aged 18 to 66 live.
