What you can achieve

• Ensuring safe, legally compliant, and economical operation of the chairlifts, ski lifts and all other technical installations
• Technical and personnel leadership of the technical team and the apprentices
• Responsibility for deployment, resource, and organizational planning in the technical area
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of maintenance, revision, and repair work
• Organization and management of fault rectifications as well as initiation of sustainable technical solutions
• Responsibility for commissioning, technical acceptances, and official inspections
• Responsibility for safety and risk management as well as technical documentation
• Coordination of cooperation with authorities, testing centers, manufacturers, specialist partners, and external service providers
• Management of optimization, renewal, and investment projects as well as participation in the strategic further development of the technical infrastructure

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Seilbahnfachmann/-frau EFZ
• Leadership experience or the motivation to take responsibility for a team
• Strong safety awareness and high quality standards
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a solution- and practice-oriented way of working
• Planning and organizational talent with the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• Flexibility and readiness for weekend shifts in the winter season
• Enjoyment in using modern planning and management tools (Sambesi, AbaPlan)
