Your tasks

• Ensuring smooth IT operations
• Analyzing and fixing technical faults
• Supporting end users with technical questions and concerns
• Documentation and tracking of support cases
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software

Your profile

• Completed training in the IT field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in IT support
• Sound knowledge in the areas of troubleshooting and maintenance
• Strong communication skills in German
• Solution-oriented and independent way of working
