Field Service Technician for CNC Machines

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated personality in the field service for German-speaking Switzerland.

Your tasks

• Troubleshooting and repairs on CNC-controlled machines and systems
• Maintenance and overhauls
• Installation, commissioning, and instruction of customers on-site
• Technical support via telephone and/or remote access
• Support with application and operating questions
• Close cooperation with customers, supplying factories, and internal specialist departments

Your profile

• Completed technical training (e.g., polymechanic, automation technician, agricultural/construction machinery mechanic, or comparable)
• Good knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, and pneumatics
• Knowledge of complex technical machines and modern control systems
• Independent, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working
• Customer-oriented appearance and good communication skills
• High IT and software affinity as well as a great interest in developing further with the technology
• Interest in digital service tools
• Good English or Italian skills for communication with our suppliers is an advantage
• French skills are an advantage
• Driver's license category B
