School Social Worker 40% or 80% ##

The area of responsibility includes four primary school buildings with the associated kindergartens. There is the possibility to split the position between two people at 40% each.

Do you want to accompany students in their development and actively support schools? Then you have come to the right place! Our school social work has been established for over thirteen years and offers a valuable support service for students, parents, teachers and school management.

Your tasks: ###

• Advising and supporting students, parents, teachers and school management with psychosocial issues and challenges
• Participation in early detection and ensuring child protection
• Networking with and referral to specialist centers
• Cooperation in the development and implementation of prevention projects
• Participation in the further development of the offering

What you bring with you: ###

• Bachelor from a Fachhochschule / Höhere Fachschule for Social Work
• Experience in counseling, prevention and project work
• Systemic and solution-oriented way of working
• Further training in school social work and corresponding practical experience very desirable
• Readiness for overtime during school weeks (annual working time model)
