In the context of a strictly confidential recruitment, we are looking for on behalf of one of our clients a: Construction Project Manager 100% (M/F) Your responsibilities: -Take charge of assigned projects and ensure their complete management -Prepare, plan, organize and coordinate the various execution phases -Guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs, technical requirements and quality standards -Establish and monitor project schedules and take necessary measures in case of deviation -Coordinate the services of the various internal and external stakeholders -Organize and lead launch and follow-up meetings -Represent the interests of the company to clients, architects, engineers and other project partners -Examine execution documents and compare them to the agreed contractual services -Identify project modifications, discrepancies or technical inaccuracies and implement necessary actions -Ensure the follow-up of additional works and amendments -Regularly monitor the financial evolution of projects and ensure cost monitoring -Monitor external services and expenses related to projects -Perform ex-post cost calculations and analyze project profitability -Verify the progress of studies and the availability of documents necessary for execution -Control plans and technical documents before their transmission to the next stages -Coordinate needs related to materials, components and specific elements necessary for the proper realization of the project -Monitor the progress of execution and anticipate potential delays or difficulties -Perform site visits and control the quality of realization as well as compliance with applicable regulations -Organize, coordinate and document the various controls and acceptances -Ensure the follow-up of final acceptances with the various partners -Participate in the billing process in collaboration with the relevant departments -Ensure regular reporting on the progress status, costs, deadlines and potential risks -Guarantee complete and structured documentation of each project Your profile: -Completed technical or professional training in the field of construction -Training such as ES technician, draftsman-constructor, works manager, mason with additional training or equivalent qualification -Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector -Experience in managing projects of different sizes and degrees of complexity -Solid knowledge of processes related to the realization of construction projects -Excellent understanding of plans and technical documents -Good understanding of constructive details and technical issues -Experience with drawing, design or digital planning tools -Experience in 3D / BIM environments is an advantage -Additional training in project management is an asset -Good knowledge of the contractual and economic aspects related to construction is appreciated -Very good mastery of common IT tools, notably MS Office Your personality: Beyond your technical skills, we are looking for a personality capable of taking full responsibility for their projects.
