Your tasks:
Caring for and looking after the entrusted residents, taking into account a person-centered attitude
Organizing and coordinating cooperation with house doctors and external service providers
Daily responsibility for the department
Accompanying dying residents and their relatives
Assessment of care needs according to company specifications as well as proper documentation and communication
Carrying out logistical and administrative tasks
Your profile:
Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
Experience in geriatric long-term care (advantageously further training in kinesthetics, validation, basal stimulation)
Good oral and written German skills and understanding of Swiss customer-oriented thinking and acting
flexible, empathetic and motivated personality
precise, independent and organized way of working
readiness to instruct and accompany apprentices and interns
high affinity in dealing with modern media and tools
