Customer Advisor - Call Center Agent Your tasks: Conducting and documenting incoming telephone calls in the technical field Support and professional advice for customers Receiving and processing disturbances in 1st-level support Optimization of the customer portfolio, recognizing sales opportunities (Sales, Up- and Cross-Selling) Working hours: Mo – Sun/Holidays: 07:00 – 24:00 Intensive training (3 weeks at 100%) with full salary Customer-oriented, friendly product and service advice Your profile: First practical experience in technical customer support, strong service orientation as well as a high technical affinity and quick comprehension.
