The Blancpain Habillage division is active in the manufacture of prestige watch cases and bracelets. Our company possesses widely recognized know-how and a production center equipped with latest generation equipment.

For our Usinage Bracelets workshop, we are looking for a CNC Setter (M/F).

Job Description ##

• Perform setups based on technical drawings and programs created by the CAM department
• Perform preparation, inspection, and setting operations and perform setups on the machine assigned to them
• Launch and monitor production
• Ensure compliance with quality criteria (dimensional and aesthetic) defined throughout production. Use the appropriate tools and respect procedures.
• Communicate and summarize to their manager the elements causing inefficiency as well as the actions undertaken.
• Participate in the successful integration and training of employees.
• Propose and undertake any action that can allow for improving productivity, improving quality, or the working environment.

Profile ##

• Training as a Production Mechanic or title deemed equivalent ;
• Very good mastery of machining on CNC machines, notably 5-axis milling ;
• Good knowledge of control/measurement instruments and reading drawings ;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same function ;
• Rigorous and conscientious person, quality-oriented and possessing a strong team spirit.
