Become part of our team! We are looking for a school assistant for supplementary care on a fixed-term basis for the autumn holidays from 05.10.2026 to 16.10.2026 to accompany a primary school student (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) with a workload of 82%.

Tasks ##

• You will mainly take over the individual care of a student
• You will ensure daily operations with the team (pedagogy, organization, administration and household)
• You will promote, care for, educate and raise within a small, manageable framework
• You will ensure the implementation of a contemporary pedagogical mission statement as well as a conducive team and information culture
• You will work full-time on an hourly basis during the two weeks on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday during the autumn holidays from 05.10. to 16.10.2026

Profile ##

• Ideally a completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ or a recognized equivalent training. Training is not required
• Ideally, you already have experience in the upbringing, education and care of kindergarten children
• You have a high degree of social competence and commitment
• You have strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• You are service- and quality-oriented, resilient as well as flexible
• You have a warm-hearted, sensitive, patient and respectful manner with children
• You have very good oral German skills
