Governance, Risk \& Compliance Manager\*in HERE YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE You maintain our ISMS according to ISO 27001, including policies, procedures and documentation You identify, assess, treat and monitor our cyber risks You ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards You create and maintain policies and standards You develop and manage Business Continuity Management (BCM) You are responsible for Third\-Party\-Management (TPRM) You conduct internal and external audits as well as certification processes You create management reports, dashboards and key figures for the Cyber Security Board You plan "Tabletop Exercises", i.e., regular tests in the area of Disaster Recovery, BCM and Incident Response plans YOUR FOUNDATION You have completed training as an Informatiker EFZ or a degree in Informatik HF/FH You have one or more further training courses in the cyber security area You have good knowledge in dealing with cyber risks and compliance frameworks (ISO / NIST) You have analytical skills, abstraction abilities as well as problem-solving competence You are a team player and enjoy working with other people You work independently, are communicative and enjoy cyber security WHAT AWAITS YOU A motivated and cheerful team An exciting working environment with a wide range of application and field of activity Co-shaping in an industry in digital transformation Modern tools and workplaces are standard with us A parking space directly in front of the door or a shuttle bus to the Zollikofen station (return trip) INTERESTED?
