--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: Road Maintenance Manager --- Road Maintenance Manager ================== Your mission * Technically, administratively and financially manage the Road Maintenance service (works, green spaces, roads, recycling centers, collectors, STEP, forests, beaches) * Supervise and support the team (10 collaborators), ensure its monitoring and promote a good working climate * Plan, coordinate and supervise all activities of the service * Ensure the maintenance of communal infrastructures, anticipate and prioritize works, in collaboration with the relevant municipal officials * Elaborate budgets, monitor construction sites and draft reports for the communal authorities * Organize and participate in the Road Maintenance on-call service * Manage the maintenance of the vehicle fleet and its renewal * Contribute to the updating of the cadastre by transmitting modifications to the technical office * Collaborate closely with the fountain operator, the Municipality and other communal services * Represent the commune in various bodies related to the field and participate in various commissions * Master and apply safety standards and legal prescriptions of communal and cantonal regulations. Your profile * Foreman's certificate or equivalent * Training or experience in works management and construction site monitoring * Mastery of road maintenance methods and standards and ability to read and interpret plans * Experience in a position of responsibility with personnel management * Sense of organization, responsibility and priorities * Spirit of initiative and anticipation, proactivity and versatility * Leadership, interpersonal skills and strong interest in public service * Driving licenses B, BE, forklift driver and ideally M1 machine operator * Mastery of French (oral and written) and common IT tools * To be domiciled nearby (max. 30 minutes) due to the on-call services We offer you A varied activity in service of the population, within a human-sized structure, offering attractive conditions and a pleasant working environment.
