Work model: Full time 100%, on site Contract type: Permanent contract Desired start date: As soon as possible Be a force for good and grow through experiences that will move you forward As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you play a central role in the management and service continuity of the sites' HVAC technical infrastructures, also relying on automation, electrical, and sanitary skills for preventive and curative maintenance. In this position, you will collaborate with internal teams related to building maintenance and renovation projects as well as support partners and suppliers, to ensure the success of activities. How you will make a difference as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist • Ensure the continuity of service of HVAC installations, by mastering these installations and having knowledge of building electrical and sanitary infrastructures as well as automation. • Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance interventions (preventive/corrective) and technical shutdowns. • Manage service providers (contracts, performance monitoring, receptions) and the quality of work. • Ensure continuous improvement: analyze recurring breakdowns, propose and deploy reliability/standardization actions. • Ensure documentary follow-up and consolidation of technical data (plans, procedures, history, KPI) in the CMMS • Guarantee safety, compliance, and risk management during interventions (SHE, lockouts, work permits). • Technical on-call service What will allow you to succeed • Proven experience in HVAC building maintenance, automation, and coordination of multi-technical interventions. • Management of maintenance planning (preventive/corrective), use of a CMMS. • Proactive profile and a source of proposals. Analytical capacity, continuous improvement and optimization approach. • Mastery of SHE requirements • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage emergency situations on critical installations in a demanding environment • Management of service providers and contracts • Ease in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners. • Demonstrate courage, collaboration, reactivity, and continuous learning. • Mastery of French and English, both written and spoken.
