Your tasks • The ordering, scheduling and storage of inventory items including goods receipt inspection are your responsibility. • You commission and pack the goods, organize the goods transports and actively participate in inventories. • You directly record customer orders in the system and create quotes, order confirmations and delivery notes from them independently. • With Abacus, you monitor delivery dates, process complaints and always keep the master data up to date. • Correspondence with customers as well as suppliers enriches your daily routine, while you actively support us in expanding the clean room goods trade. Your profile Professional qualifications are nice – but what matters most to us is how you work and what makes you tick: • Ideally, you already have experience in the warehouse or logistics sector, master common IT tools (MS-Office, Abacus an advantage) and communicate confidently in German. However, we consider attitude just as important as the diploma: motivated lateral entrants are therefore explicitly welcome. • Self-initiative is your standard.
