To strengthen its Romandy team, we are recruiting a Project Execution Manager. Your mission: • Represent the interests of the project owner to authorities, representatives, and companies • Globally manage various real estate projects, from the development phase to completion • Lead complex and demanding projects in French-speaking Switzerland • Ensure rigorous management of costs, deadlines, risks, quality, sustainability, and planning • Develop and monitor internal reports • Apply internal processes and contribute to their continuous improvement • Actively participate in innovation and sustainable performance of projects Your profile: • Diploma in architecture, engineering, or equivalent training, complemented by continuous training • Experienced professional, ideally with total company experience, wishing to switch to the project owner side • Excellent mastery of planning and implementation phases • Autonomous, structured, solution-oriented personality with excellent synthesis skills • Strong sensitivity to sustainability issues and willingness to implement them in projects • Excellent relational skills and collaborative spirit • French as mother tongue, German an asset \#LI-IG1 \#LI-Hybrid
