Then apply today as: Manufacturing Engineering Technician (m/w/d) # Location: Hägendorf Type of contract: unlimited Contract start: immediately or by agreement Shift work: No THESE ARE YOUR TASKS: ## • Process development for CNC long turning machines in cooperation with production and experts for post-processing processes • Programming, setup, and optimization of CNC long turning machines • Independent creation and optimization of CNC programs, including the selection of suitable tools and machining strategies • Active support of production employees in technical problem solving • Creation and maintenance of setup documents, process descriptions, and work instructions • Preparation and implementation of training sessions on processes, materials, and equipment for long turning machines • Identification and implementation of process improvements (Lean Six Sigma) • Conducting tests, studies, and experiments (e.g. tool studies, capability analyses) • Checking complex drawings for conformity, accuracy, and technical feasibility.
