In order to ensure the continuity of its financial and accounting activities, the RSHL is looking for a: Finance and Accounting Specialist Start date: 1st December 2026 or to be agreed Your mission ------------- * Accounting and closings * Budget management and management control * Reporting and decision support for Management * Relations with cantonal authorities, audit bodies, and external partners Your main responsibilities -------------------------------- * Ensure the functional responsibility of general and analytical accounting, in collaboration with administrative staff and external partners * Contribute to the preparation of budgets and ensure their monitoring as well as budget control * Perform periodic closings and prepare annual accounts * Guarantee the quality of analytical accounting and produce the financial information necessary for steering the institution * Develop financial reporting intended for Management * Perform financial analyses, management indicators, and dashboards * Ensure the financial monitoring of projects and specific financings * Coordinate relations with the fiduciary, auditors, cantonal authorities, and other financial partners * Ensure functional supervision and support administrative staff involved in financial and accounting processes * Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative, financial, and internal control processes Your profile ------------ * Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting or training deemed equivalent * At least 5 years of experience in a similar function * Excellent mastery of accounting and ability to work autonomously * Very good knowledge of Excel and usual office tools * Experience in the health or parapublic sector as well as knowledge of Opale bluePearl constitute assets * Rigor, analytical spirit, sense of responsibility, discretion, and interpersonal skills Réseau Santé Haut-Léman * Réseau Santé Haut-Léman Route des Tilles 6a 1847 Rennaz * [ ](< >) jpidec81f4ejm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
