Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% The contribution you can make <br /> • Plan and manage projects (group direction, output, deadlines, costs, quality and risks) • Analyze and concretize project drafts (feasibility, profitability, risks and success factors in agreement with portfolio management) • Manage projects to achieve general and procedural objectives (in terms of time, cost and quality) • Implement appropriate project management processes (monitor risks and opportunities and verify the effectiveness of measures adopted) • Define project marketing and the communication plan and ensure project information (manage relationships) • Manage projects involving a complex network of actors <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree (master's) in computer science or business informatics as well as experience in managing IT projects involving various stakeholders • Solid managerial knowledge in risk and quality management in IT projects (analysis, design and modeling of processes, risk assessment and application of countermeasures) • Knowledge of the organization of the 1st pillar and experience in IT projects relating to the latter constitute a preferential title • Analytical and conceptual skills, with orientation toward goals and results • Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language <br /> In summary The IT Management Sector develops and implements the strategy of the Federal Social Insurance Office (FSIO) regarding digital transformation and innovation within the scope of the 1st pillar and family allowances with lean and innovative IT projects. As the project manager for the implementation of the electronic platform of the 1st pillar, you will lead an important strategic project of the FSIO and collaborate closely with the involved working groups.
