Do you share this vision? Join us and contribute to the success of the Migros company. What you accomplish You weigh the goods (pork, sow, beef, cow and veal) at each cutting stage. You manage the weighings while respecting label requirements while ensuring product traceability. You prepare and process fresh meat orders according to internal needs. You separate the labels and manage orders via the SAP system. You ensure rigorous monitoring of products in order to guarantee their traceability at each stage of the process. You provide support in different sectors for tasks related to cutting, preparation and product management. What you bring Education: Completed initial or continuing education Specialization: In the food sector. Professional experience: Professional experience 3-5 years of experience in the field of meat. Good knowledge of meat cuts. Comfort with IT tools (SAP, etc.). Developed sense of hygiene and respect for current standards. Ability to work under pressure and manage stress. Team spirit and autonomy in work. Physical resistance (handling crates of 15 to 30 kg). Personal means of transport recommended to access the workplace.
