Letter and Parcel Delivery Person (a) / (m/f) Workload 60 - 100%, permanent Responsibilities • Early morning vehicle loading: Joint loading of delivery vehicles with the team from approx. 06:00 as well as preparation of the daily tour. • Presence in the cityscape: Representation of the values of reliability and quality in the streetscape of the city of Bern. • Punctual delivery: Responsibility for the correct and timely delivery of parcels and letters in the assigned area. • Customer contact: Answering customer inquiries during the tour and actively contributing to customer satisfaction. • Saturday services: Regular assignments on Saturdays, with fair duty distribution within the team. Requirements • Physical fitness: Ability to safely lift and load parcels up to 30 kg. • Driving permits: Driving license Category B; driving license Category A1 is MANDATORY for this position • Teamwork and independence: Enjoyment of working in a team as well as independent tours in road traffic. • Reliability: Efficient, responsible, and reliable working. • German & digital devices: Good spoken German skills and confident handling of digital work tools.
