Share What awaits you? ## During your three-year apprenticeship, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • Receiving and directing bank customers • Advising bank customers • Supporting bank customers via digital channels • Assisting in customer consultation • Administratively preparing and processing banking transactions In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the training with us either as an EFZ extended basic education or with Berufsmaturität. What do you bring with you? ## School-related: • Completed Sekundarschule with good grades • Very good German skills, oral & written • Possibility with Berufsmaturität: Very good performance at the highest school level and passed entrance examination Personal: • Sociable and communicative • Joy in learning • Ability to work in a team • Reliability and exact working methods • Open to new things Interests: • Joy in everyday banking and customer contact • Application of information sources and use of new technologies
