Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) - Logistics

Your tasks ###

• Commercial support and processing of customer orders
• Contact person for customers regarding orders, goods movements, inquiries, and complaints
• Independent processing and booking of goods receipts and goods issues in the warehouse management system
• Preparation and processing of monthly invoices
• Coordination and alignment with internal specialist departments for timely and smooth order processing
• Preparation and processing of shipping and transport documents
• Monitoring and maintenance of inventory levels as well as support during inventories and stock controls
• Recording, monitoring, and evaluation of operational key figures
• Participation in ensuring and further developing quality standards
• Identification of optimization potential as well as active participation in the continuous improvement of logistics processes

Your profile ###

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Ideally professional experience in the areas of logistics, warehouse management, or freight forwarding
• Knowledge of handling warehouse management or ERP systems is an advantage
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High degree of responsibility and reliability
• Strong ability to work in a team
• Willingness and interest to actively shape and continuously develop processes
