For our branches in the Bern region, we are looking for an engaged personality with enjoyment in consulting and in dealing with people.

Living Consultant Bedroom Furniture and Bedding
Workload 20 – 100 %, Saturday fixed working day

Your tasks

As a living consultant, you accompany our customers from the first conversation to successful order processing

• Personal and competent advice for our customers
• Sale of beds, mattresses and other sleeping accessories
• Creation of offers as well as processing of orders and customer inquiries
• Assistance with the organization and administrative processing of orders
• Co-design and maintenance of our sales areas
• Flexible assignments in our branches within the Bern region

What you bring with you

You enjoy advising, listen attentively and want to support people in finding the best solution for them.
Ideally, you possess

• Experience in retail or in customer consulting
• Enjoyment of personal customer contact and of high-quality products
• Interest in the topics of living, furnishing and healthy sleep
• An independent, reliable and engaged way of working
• Team spirit as well as flexibility for assignments in different branches
• Very good German skills as well as good user skills in MS Office
