Job Description ## In this versatile leadership role, you will take over the technical and personnel management of your production team. In doing so, you will ensure a smooth production process and support the Production Manager in achieving the company goals • Leadership and further development of your team • Planning, coordination, and monitoring of daily production activities • Ensuring high product quality in compliance with technical specifications • Continuous improvement of processes, quality, and productivity • Development and implementation of measures for cost and scrap reduction • Preparation and implementation of improvement suggestions • Ensuring the technical availability of the production equipment • Planning and coordination of preventive maintenance work • Promotion of individual responsibility and flexibility of the employees • Compliance with safety regulations as well as company and process standards • Participation in projects and support during change processes Profile ## • Completed training as a mechanic or in a comparable profession Professional Requirements ## • Several years of experience in a production environment • Leadership experience as a team or group leader in a comparable function • Further training in the area of leadership, Lean Management, or process management • German in spoken and written form, any further language is an advantage You convince as a personality through a sense of responsibility and reliability.
