Construction management company is looking for reinforcement for costs, deadlines and quality. The construction management comes from construction. Responsibility will be taken for own construction projects -- from planning to the handover of keys.

Tasks

• Responsibility for own construction projects
• Tenders, awards and coordination of contractors
• Direct exchange with clients and project partners
• Participation in economic project optimizations
• Accompanying the projects from the first cost estimate to the handover of keys
• Perspective for further development as Project Manager

Profile

• Training in the construction or architecture sector (e.g., Zeichner/-in EFZ, Maurer/-in) with further training as Bauleiter/-in or Techniker/-in HF
• Experience in construction
• Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented thinking
• Enjoyment of coordination, responsibility and teamwork
• Proficient in handling Bauplus, MS Office and ideally Realview
