Your tasks:

• Project execution of demanding construction projects from execution to commissioning
• Independent execution of construction sites according to schedule and quality
• Organization, supervision, and control of work on the construction sites
• Site-specific personnel management
• Management of the construction sites, in cooperation with the architects, planners, contractors, and authorities
• Contact person for the client

Your profile:

• Solid and completed basic training in construction (ideally as a tinsmith, polymath/tiler, or roofer)
• Ideal: completed foreman or master school or equivalent further training
• Pronounced entrepreneurial thinking
• Structured and purposeful way of working
• High degree of independence and resilience
• Communication skills, good manners, punctual and reliable
• Driver's license
