To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged personality as

Internal Sales Clerk

starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement.

You ensure that an order becomes a smooth delivery and you always have an open ear for our customers.

Your main tasks are:

• Competently and friendly assisting customers by telephone and in writing
• Accepting orders and entering them into the ERP system
• Creating offers and processing customer inquiries
• Processing complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Supporting the QS team

You bring with you:

• a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• very good German skills in speaking and writing
• good MS Office skills
• French and English skills – a plus
• Experience in the food industry – a plus
• Knowledge in quality assurance – a plus
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Motivated, independent personality with entrepreneurial thinking
• An independent and reliable way of working
• Resilience and flexibility in hectic moments
• Willingness to work every second Saturday morning
