Die pbr-matic AG is a Swiss manufacturer in aluminium processing. In our CNC manufacturing, we process aluminium profiles for a wide variety of customer orders, from serial parts to new products. To strengthen our small team, we are looking for an experienced specialist who rolls up their sleeves and takes responsibility.

Your tasks

• Operating, setting up, and programming our CNC machines (including Brother, Pressta) directly at the control unit
• Sawing aluminium profiles: straight and miter cuts
• Drilling and tapping
• Vibratory finishing (Trowal)
• Planning and organization of production according to customer orders
• Ongoing coordination with sales and warehouse for smooth processes
• Manufacturing of new products and samples 1:1 according to drawing or template
• Guiding and supporting team colleagues
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays if required

Your profile

• Completed training as Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent training
• Several years of experience on CNC machines, ideally in aluminium processing
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and in programming at the control unit
• Independent, reliable way of working and a strong sense of responsibility
• Organizational skills and enjoyment of working in a team
• Good German skills
