Job Description

We are looking for an autonomous business developer with excellent interpersonal skills. After complete training on our services, you will be responsible for prospecting new partners, particularly professions in the electricity and construction sectors in the Geneva region.

• Develop the client portfolio through prospecting (telephone, physical, etc.) and maintain strong existing partnerships
• Recruit profiles adapted to client needs and expand the existing candidate network
• Analyze client and candidate expectations to guarantee the best collaborations in line with everyone's expectations
• Strengthen your visibility, that of leteam, and the links with our partners through various events
• Optimize relations and the network to increase turnover
• Ensure the management of relations with partners and various stakeholders

Profile sought

• Be driven by challenge and success
• You are domiciled near Geneva and have a good network
• Come from a technical (ideally in the field of electricity) and commercial training or equivalent field
• Have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (recruitment, personnel management, or business development)
• Hold a strong interest in sales, negotiation, and results (have a good knowledge of sales and prospecting techniques)
• Bring added value through personality, authenticity, and dynamism
• Be autonomous, while knowing how to surround oneself with the right people to achieve objectives
• Demonstrate perseverance and resilience in the face of challenges
• Excellent interpersonal skills: sense of communication and ability to create and maintain relationships of trust with clients and candidates
• Perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written (a second language is a plus)
