MediPersonal specializes in the placement of highly qualified professionals in healthcare. Our client, a renowned acute care hospital in Pfäffikon, is looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (80-100%) who wants to demonstrate their leadership skills as a Teamleiter/in of a nursing department.

Your tasks – Leadership with structure and responsibility

• Leading and promoting the nursing team with the goal of optimal patient care
• Ensuring high-quality nursing while complying with all current standards
• Planning and coordinating workflows for the efficient use of personnel and material resources
• Accompanying and developing new employees, including coaching and professional guidance
• Participation in strategic projects for the further development of the nursing department

Your profile – Organizational talent meets social competence

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Several years of experience in the acute care sector, ideally with leadership experience
• Communication and conflict resolution skills to create a harmonious team climate
