For the Corporate Legal team, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality as a Senior Rechtskonsulent/in for the legal support of corporate banking in Romandie, starting immediately or by arrangement. Possible work locations are Lausanne, Zürich Flughafen (The Circle) or St. Gallen. Additionally, there is the possibility of home office. Application questions instead of motivation letters Share What awaits you? ## • Legal support for demanding financial transactions in corporate banking. • Support for the Corporate Banking division in financing such as bilateral loans, club deals and syndicated loans, including corresponding collateral, as well as in guarantee transactions • Independent legal support of corporate banking in Romandie with a location in Lausanne • Structuring, drafting and negotiating complex contractual frameworks, partly in cooperation with external law firms • Participation in the expansion of new business areas and financing services What do you bring with you? ## • Proven experience in the field of financing and in Swiss contract and corporate law • Experience in the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of financing, collateral and other contractual documentation • Swiss bar admission and several years of professional experience (at least 4 years) after obtaining the bar admission • French native language or business fluent French skills at a very high level (French is the primary working language of this function) as well as stylistically confident German skills and good English skills • Independent and solution-oriented way of working
