Type of work

MY TASKS

• Truck loading and unloading
• Execution of goods reception and corresponding goods receipt bookings in the WMS or ERP system
• Ensuring timely and quality-compliant material deliveries to production
• Picking of production and setup orders
• Coordination and communication with various internal and external interfaces (production, scheduling/purchasing, external logistics service providers, freight forwarders)
• Coordination of the missing parts process and ensuring an efficient flow
• Triggering picking orders and processing production returns
• Ensuring compliance with defined processes, quality, and 5S standards

Requirement profile

MY PROFILE

• Training as Logistiker EFZ
• Experience in the logistics area of a manufacturing company
• Experience in the area of warehouse management including knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Experience in the area of goods receipt booking
• Proficient in handling industrial trucks including corresponding driving license (industrial truck and forklift license)
• Independent way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a structured manner and with the correct priority even under pressure
• Readiness for changing work areas and tasks
• Experience in the area of Lean Management / 5S desirable
