You are interested in supporting us, in particular, with the following administrative and organizational matters: Case management and maintenance, including telephone contact with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders as well as correspondence in German and English Efficient planning and organization of meetings, internal and external events, lectures, and trips Invoicing and expense accounting Editing of contract documents, corporate law resolutions, memoranda, and legal documents Creation and design of presentations for internal and external purposes Structured deadline control and prioritization You are focused, constructive, humorous, and work independently and precisely. Furthermore, you bring a confident demeanor and team skills, you are willing to take on responsibility and support our company goals through a service-oriented approach. You have in-depth user knowledge of MS Office and common legal tech applications and speak good English in addition to German.
