What you can achieve with us:

• You take over the planning, coordination, and management of customer orders in vehicle construction and for commercial products – from order receipt to successful completion.
• You coordinate the involved specialist departments and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and agreed customer requirements.
• You are the central contact person for order-related customer communication and coordinate changes, delivery dates, and the necessary acceptances.
• You work closely with sales, design, AVOR, purchasing, and production, monitor order progress, and ensure smooth and economical processing.

What you bring with you:

• You have a completed technical or commercial basic training EFZ or a comparable training. Further training in order processing, AVOR, purchasing, or business administration is an advantage.
• You bring professional experience, ideally in order processing, work preparation, procurement, or a comparable function in a technical environment.
• You work independently, structured, and economically, possess organizational skills, and value cross-departmental cooperation.
• You communicate confidently in German, ideally possess English or French skills, and are familiar with common Office and ERP applications.
