Specialist tasks Production Systems (AFM)

• Loading and cleaning of various circuit boards
• Manufacture of measuring transducers and sensors
• Picking of SMD components, cable assemblies, transducers
• Functional testing, final testing and error analysis of various circuit boards (LCD display, DC power board)
• Production of various transducers (assembly, soldering, testing with multimeter, potting)
• Cleaning and final assembly of various transducers (Clamp-On)

Specialist tasks Production Water

• Quality testing in the water meter testing facility (seasoning and calibrating)
• Regulation, testing and sealing of water meters on the test benches
• Ensuring the required throughput times in consultation with supervisors
• Responsibility for the ordering of parts via Kanban according to standard times
• Active resolution and assistance with schedule conflicts and quality problems

Your profile

• Experience in industrial companies
• Good manual dexterity, precise independent working
• Good PC skills
• Good German skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a 2-shift / alternating shift model
