Quality Engineer FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)

You are responsible for quality assurance in the final testing process of gas-insulated switchgear and carry out customer acceptances (FAT).

Tasks

• Ensuring compliance with processes and quality specifications in production
• Planning and conducting customer acceptances (FAT) with customers
• Carrying out product and process tests as well as maintaining testing documentation
• Leading or supporting root cause analyses and tracking measures
• Issuing special releases in the event of documented deviations
• Developing and conducting quality training for production employees
• Quality assurance of low-voltage control cabinets as a contact person

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related technical field
• Alternatively, equivalent professional experience in GIS or high-voltage technology
• Experience in quality assurance or final testing in an industrial production environment
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and derivation of corrective measures
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Experience with gas-insulated switchgear or high-voltage components is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP and Windchill or comparable PLM systems is an advantage
